Inyatsi Construction is 100% ISO 9001:2008 certified as a group!

The entire ISO System was formulated from the Group Head Office in Swaziland. It took two years to get the system written, implemented and we finally received our first ISO certificate in August 2013.

The next subsidiary to receive their ISO Certificate was Construction Associates in December 2013. NCC Moçambique was awarded their ISO 9001:2008 certificate in May 2014 and in August 2014, Inyatsi Zambia was the final subsidiary to be awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certificate.

This entire process began in June 2011, initially requiring a detailed analysis and identification of all company procedures, policies and relevant documentation from each department, thereafter implementing the system and going through the audit process with our nominated Accredited Certification Company, SACAS. ISO 9001:2008 is a generic standard, this means that the same standards can be applied to any organization, large or small, whatever its product or service.

It is important to highlight that the aim of ISO 9001 is to assure that organizations consistently meet customer needs, resulting in customer satisfaction. Inyatsi has received a lot of positive feedback from clients since adoption of this system.
We focus controls on management of the processes that enable us to achieve and improve customer satisfaction which has helped in facilitating continual improvement.

In today's intensely competitive global market, there is no such thing as a safe, protected market. When competitors are continuously striving to improve, one must do so too.
