Inyatsi Properties was established in 2009 and it is  part of Inyatsi Group Holdings,  responsible for buildings and land owned by Inyatsi Group. Currently under the directorship of Mr Richard Cunningham and Ms Portia Dlamini, the organisation is  proud owners of the four floor Inyatsi House building, housing different tenants with an annual turnover of over 4 million emalangeni.  Inyatsi Properties focuses on harnessing the assets ability to generate revenue, make sure that assets are not devalued and also increase the company asset base and make a significant contribution to the group holdings. At the same time increasing the balance sheet of Inyatsi Properties through acquisition and other innovative ways of doing business. Inyatsi Properties delivers a product that fulfils the client needs and demand.
