Wellness Programme

The major reason for this initiative is that Inyatsi recognizes the threats of HIV and AIDS and the need to encourage healthy living among our workforce. The pandemic posed a negative influence on the overall well-being of employees as well as productivity and profitability of the business.

The success of the program is greatly attributed to the support and commitment of the Group’s management, as well as the other segments of the company.

The company boasts trained peer educators who have managed to encourage employees to know their status and also educate them on how to live positively and how to avoid risky behavior.

The provision of treatment, care and support are vital elements of an effective response. As part of the company’s care & support system, all permanent employees are on medical aid.
