A pair’s stage race held over 3 days in the north-west corner of Swaziland.

The route is carefully designed to showcase some of Swaziland’s most spectacular and scenic mountains and valleys.

This year’s Frontier Dates:
10th – 12th October 2019

The route follows a logical progression from one overnight venue to the next and covers a total of 180kms. Make no mistake, Swaziland is not flat!

The route is almost entirely unmarked except for some of the fast flowing descents and some tricky sections. Navigation will be by GPS. A GPS unit is essential .

There is one water point each day at approximately the halfway mark. Certain sections of the route have been included specifically to indulge those who relish the challenge of a technical climb or descent and should be approached with caution by the saner amongst us.
